Book Fair Success
The Book Fair, held from Wednesday 12th March to Thursday 20th March, was a resounding success. The students had over 250 titles to choose from, including all their favourite authors; Robert Muchamore, David Walliams, Malorie Blackman and many more. Book sales, including stationery and posters, amounted to a massive £2293.49. With commission and Learning Lounge spend, it will enable us to put over £1700.00 worth of new and exciting titles into the Learning Lounge in the Summer/Autumn Term. It gave great pleasure to see so many students revelling in books!
A HUGE thank you to all staff, students, parents, grandparents etc. who supported the fair, contributing to its massive success. Also, a BIG thank you to all our Student Librarians and College students, who gave up their own time to help. Ms Marris and I could not have done it without you!
