Music Opportunities for Year 7
This week year 7 pupils were treated to a demonstration and talk from Mr Ben Lee, Brass teacher at Toot Hill and Professional Trumpet player. All pupils had a chance to play one of our new "plastic" trumpets and find out about life as a gigging musician. As an ex-pupil, Ben delivered an inspiring lesson about the wider opportunities and enrichment that is availble in the school. As a result, four lucky pupils in year 7 will have the chance to learn the trumpet this year.
