A 'tintinnabulation' of bells for Literacy Legends Summer Term Competition

The Learning Lounge would like to make a 'raucous' noise about Literacy Legends; Summer Term competition 2015 has begun!!

A recap of how it all works...

Literacy Legends is an inter-tutor group incentive to promote reading and literacy across two year groups: Years 7 and 8.

The competition runs for a 7 week period. Our Summer competition begins on Monday 4/5/15 and will end on Friday 19/6/15.

What to do?

• Always have a Learning Lounge book out on loan.
• Ensure your book/s are ALWAYS in date.
• You are NEVER overdue & You have a reading book in your bag everyday!

Winners - There will be 6/7 students from each year group chosen to attend the Waterstones Trip on Wednesday 8th July 2015 to buy books and enjoy a hot chocolate in the Costa coffee shop.

Winning Tutor Group Prizes - There is a reward for the tutor group with the MOST books borrowed and read, and a reward for the tutor group with the LEAST number of overdues during the competition.
