Big Band News
Toot Hill Big band braved the rain to perform at a number of events in June. The band played in the Butter Cross at Bingham fair on June 11th followed by a two hour performance on Sunday 12th to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday. The crowds at East Bridgford Show on Saturday 25th June were entertained whilst seeking shelter under several marquees. Our gigs this season have left us pondering whether or not we should add 'Singing in the Rain' and 'Stormy Weather' to our set list.
