World Book Night 2018
On Monday 24th of April the Learning Lounge opened its doors after school to celebrate its first World Book Night. Year 7 students and parents were invited to come along and take part in a booky quiz followed by Tombola, VR, discussion and cakes!
The evening was a huge success and our first world book night champions were Rachel Ward's (7.1) family. Congratulations!
The Learning Lounge would like to extend a huge thank you to all the parents and students who came to the evening and we hope to do more in the future for those who weren't able to make it. A huge thank you to our lovely student librarians and Mrs Parkin for helping us organise the event.
