Michelin Star chef masterclass
I was chosen to be part of a cooking experience where a Michelin star chef came in called Jason Lynas who has travelled all across the world to find new dishes that he can incorporate in his new restaurant that he is planning to open.
The dish he decided to teach us how to make was a Ravioli filled with a salmon mouse topped with a fresh salad. It was delicious.
I enjoyed the whole experience of the cooking and meeting a Michelin star chef that is a true inspiration to look up to. One day I wish to achieve what Jason has achieved in life and hope to open a restaurant of my own.
